Delicous Creme Brulee the favorite dessert!Enjoy this delicous creation and experiment with flavors.
Ingredients
- 50 cl 35% or more cream
- 10 cl 3.5% milk
- 100 gram egg yolks with some eggwhites
- 60 grams of powder sugar and brown cane sugar to decorate
- Optional: pinch of salt or safran
- 2 vanilla beans extract the flavor in a little rhum or vodka the day before in a closed container. Finely chop the bean and take out the seeds
Instructions
1Mix all ingredients together and sure no foam is on top. Store in the fridge for a few hours till cold. Fill in ramekens wide and around 2 cm tick.
2Pre-heat the over to 100 degrees and cook for 100 minutes. put a water bath in the fridge and cook the cremes on the middle of the oven.then cool overnight covered in plastic
2dust in brown cane sugar and burn gently. Add more layers if you like a super crunch. Let cool until the sugar firms up.
