Summer Pasta Part 2

Ingredients

  • 2 -3 cloves of garlic slced
  • handfull of roasted wallnuts
  • 2 chopped fresh ripe tomatoes
  • 1 cubed ripe peach
  • 1 Tbs of Lemon juice and zest of half the lemon or use a lime to get a more sunnfilled flavor trajectory. For one lemon use 2 limes
  • 2 Tbspn of Olive oil
  • 300 grams of cubed Chicken filet dusted with white flour
  • 2 Tbspn of fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tbspn of fresh thymian
  • 2 Tbspn of marjolan
  • 6 Tbspn of Cream cheese
  • Dash of Black pepper
  • Dash of salt
  • 250 grams of fresh Linguini

Preparation

In a few steps you can create this delicious sun filled pasta

1Cook the pasta all dente. 10 grams of salt per liter of water

2Add olive oil to a pan and fry the chicken

3Now add the sliced garlic and fry a little, add the herbs, a little salt and some pepper. Some lemon juice to taste.

4Add the cream cheese to taste and some lemon zest

5Reduce the cream a little and add the pasta. Coat it in the ingredients. Add the cubed tomatoes a minute later the figs and peaches Cook for another 1 minute and serve with some crushed pepper and roasted walnuts.
