This is a wonderful friendly restaurant with nice good cooked food. all ingredients are organic and fresh. The Sandermaultaschen (German ravioli) were cooked very well. Well balanced with lots of flavour. The beetroot not neccesary and the structure did not work with the sauce and maultaschen. Nontheless a nice dish. The Mountain cheese spätzle were good but could have been lighter and the cheese should have had more personality. Service was excellent friendly and professional. A great ambassador for Konstance. Chapeau!
