Curry Sauerkraut

Healthy wonderful delicious and can be made spicy
Ingredients
- 0.5 Kilo Sauerkraut
- 1 tspn Kurkuma
- 2 tspn curry powder (alternatively make this TL curry powder fresh)
- 0.5 tspn saugar
- Optional 4 eggs (2 per person)
- Chili sauce of your liking
1Cook the sauerkraut, drain well
2Add the spices and sugar. Fry again with a little oil
3Add the eggs and cook like an omelette
4Plate and add the chili sauce
Optional: Add some fried onions and some Sambal
