Curry Sauerkraut

Healthy wonderful delicious and can be made spicy

    Ingredients

  • 0.5 Kilo Sauerkraut
  • 1 tspn Kurkuma
  • 2 tspn curry powder (alternatively make this TL curry powder fresh)
  • 0.5 tspn saugar
  • Optional 4 eggs (2 per person)
  • Chili sauce of your liking

 

    1Cook the sauerkraut, drain well

    2Add the spices and sugar. Fry again with a little oil

    3Add the eggs and cook like an omelette

    4Plate and add the chili sauce

    Optional: Add some fried onions and some Sambal
