The ultimate brie right made at home.
Ingredients
- 2 x 500 gram young brie
 - 200 grams Mascarpone cream
 - pinch of salt
 - 60 gramm creme Fraiche
 - 30 gramms of finely dished truffle
 
1combine the pascapone, creme fraiche together and gnetly fold in the truffles.
2Slice the brie in two pieces and add the truffle cream in the middle.
Optional: Brillat-Savarin, Chaource to make the same cheese. Tip: Ensure the cheese is as cold as possible when you slice it. Let in your fridge for as long as possible. LEt the truffle and the cheese work together for at least 4 - 5 days in a zip lock bag. I enjoyed using sliced summer truffle. blend a little of the oil of the truffle. This contains a lot of aroma. Mix when together.
