Some mixes to spice your meat taco style or go in a mexican flavor direction. Works with almost any meat.
Ingredients
- 10 gram ground cumin
- 5 gram ground black pepper
- 2 grams salt
- 5 grams paprika
- 5 grams oregano
- 2 grams garlic powder
- 2 grams onion powder
- Optional 2 grams smoked paprika
1blend the ingredients and use to taste with the meat of your choice.
2Alternatively leave out the salt and use as a marinade. You need to add a little oil and put in a sealed or vacuum sealed bag for 4 - 20 hours
3Prepare the meat as wished.
