Provencial Summer Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 -3 cloves of garlic slced
- 50 grams of sliced sundried tomatoes
- 2 chopped fresh ripe tomatoes
- 1 Tbs of Lemon juice and zest of half the lemon
- 2 Tbspn of Olive oil
- 300 grams of cubed Chicken filet dusted with white flour
- 2 Tbspn of fresh rosemary
- 2 Tbspn of fresh thymian
- 2 Tbspn of marjolan
- 6 Tbspn of fresh cream
- Dash of Black pepper
- Dash of salt
- 200 grams of fresh Linguini
Preparation
In a few steps you can create this delicious sun filled pasta
1Cook the pasta all dent
2Add olive oil to a pan and fry the chicken and the sundried tomatoes.
3Now add the sliced garlic and fr a little, add the rosemary, thymian, marjolan, a little salt and some pepper. Some lemon juice to taste.
4Add the cream to taste and some lemon zest
5Reduce the cream a little and add the pasta. Coat it in the ingredients. Add the cubed tomatoes Cook for another 2 minutes and serve with some crushed pepper.
