Pistachio Creme (Or Roasted Nut Butter)

Delicious Pistachio creme. Can be made with other nuts as well. Important roast them gently and fresh."
Ingredients
- 300 grams of Pistachio nuts ( You can take other nuts as well. Important they are fresh.
- 2 Tbspns of orange honey
- 0.5 tspn of powdered cinnanmon
- pinch of salt to taste
Preparation
1Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius. Spread pistachios on a baking sheet and toast until just fragrant and starting to brown, around 7-9 minutes. This will depend a lot on your oven, so set a timer, keep a close eye on them, and shake them every few minutes.
2Pour hot pistachios in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy, about 10 minutes.
3 Add salt, honey, and cinnamon, and continue processing until smooth again, another 10 minutes. Taste and add more sale and honey to taste.
