Delicous, moist, fresh and not too sweet. Yummie galore

 

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of fresh raspberries. When frozen let them thaw until they are at room temperature
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 grams of filtered flour
  • 50 grams of powder sugar
  • 2 tspn of lemon juice
    • Preparation

      1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius

      2Combine the eggs and the sugar and beat until white

      3Ad and mix in the flour then the lemon juice

      4Gently mix in the room temperature raspberries

      5grease the shape and add some non stick baking paper

      6Bake for 10 -15 minutes depending on how soft you would like the center
