Hit by the Michelin tidalwave with one star. A little neighbourhood restaurant with around 30 seats. The interior is basic. Greeting and friendly however you feel this new to them. The cooking is good with some weaknesses. Highlights the Ceviche (EXCELLENT) and quinoa risotto. At our visit the duck was slightly undercooked (possible even with sousvide) and the skin was not perfect. The rest of the mail was very good. Enjoyed the dessert. Service as very good. The peruvian colleague was full of passion! Bravo! This was a good experience. Weakness the glasware and wine and spirits list. The attitude was good and will be back. Go team Mirafloris
