Delicious Garlic Broccoli Quinoa "Bake"

Want to healthy and delicious try this excellent easy to make recipe. For broccoli lovers and yes if you do not like broccoli replace it with your favorite vegtable.
Ingredients
- 200 grams cooked quinoa (takes 20 - 25 mins in lightly salted water
- 3 Tbspn of Olive oil
- Zest of one lemon plus the the juice of 1 - 1.5 lemons (Get non waxed lemons
- 2 - 3 pressed cloves of garlic
- 200 grams of cooked broccoli (leave a slight crunch and cut in 1.5 cm chunks)
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 75 grams of finely shaved Parmensan cheese
- 100 grams of cooked shrimps
1Mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon zet and lemon juice together and set aside
2Mix the quinoa, broccoli and shrimp together with the mixture above.
3Shave the cheese over this and enjoy.
