Caribbean Charlotte Chili Sauce

Off to the sunshine, beaches wonderful food. One of my favorite parts of the world.

 

Ingredients

  • 0.5 chili pepper finely chopped
  • 1 Tbspn parsley chopped
  • 5 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 20 CL of olive oil
  • 2 charlottes very finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

    • Preparation

1Combine all the ingredients together and cool in the fridge
