Tropics in a glass a delicious dessert. Healthy with the berries and has this nice bite. For gummy bear lovers!
Ingredients
- 3:1 Chia seeds and Liquid.
- 1:3 Liquid (50% coconut milk, 50% full fat milk) Recommend 250 Ml total liquid and 100 grams of Chia seeds. Mix to taste.
- 250 grams frozen or fresh blue berries (when frozen reheat with the water Agar agar mixture until all ice has melted.
- 20 cl water and 3.5 grams of agar agar
- 50 grams of coconut shavings or flakes
- 2 Tbspn sugar
Preparation
1Add the vanilla seeds and rest of the bean to the liquid and warm gently for 20 minutes. Remove the bean and let the liquid cool down
2Prepare the agar agar, stir in water and bring to the boil for 30 seconds. Add the sugar, stir
3Add the berries and stir gently. Reduce the heat add the coconut shavings and take of the heat
4Pour into a pudding shape. Put the refrigerator and wait until cooled down. Take out of the mold and enjoy!
Idea: Use Mangos instead then reduce the sugar.
