Almond Cake Gluten Free - No kidding

Almonds are wonderful and happen to be gluten free. Great as a base for a gluten free cake and oh so tastys
Ingredients Dry Part
- 125 grams almond powder
- 38 grams rice flour
- 38 grams maizena (mais flour)
- 50 grams of all wheat flour
- 0.5 tspn of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 145 grams butter at room temperature
- 120 grams white sugar and 120 grams dark cane sugar
- 1.5 tspn bicardonate soda
- 1 tspn of vanilla
- 225 grams buttermilk
- 3 eggs
Ingredients Wet Part
1Combine the wet ingredients (add in the order as above. Eggs one by one) in one bowl and mix together. Do the same for the dry ingredients and mix well. Now combine both bowls together mix gently.
2Bake in 20cm bakingshape (Pout a 2 cm thickness) at 180 degrees celcious for 30 to 35 minutes
Let the cake cool down and decorate to your liking or enjoy on its own.
