Agar Agar Jelly in Many Flavors

Healthy snacks that fill you up! Almost no calories, fat, sugar or cards (depending on how you fill them!

Ingredients

  • Per 500 ML water add 1.5 tspn of Agar Agar
  • 7 grams of Chiaseeds

 

    1Add the Agar Agar to the water and when just about to boil add the chia seeds. Boil for 1 minute and set aside.

    Variations

  • Protein jelly: 2 scoop of whey protein mixed in additional 500 ML of water. Double the amount of Agar Agar in the base recipe. After step one mix together
  • Shoggi jelly: 1 scoop of whey protein and 30 grams of cocoa mix in an additonal 500 ML of water. Double the amount of Agar Agar in the base recipe. After step one mix together
  • Passion Fruit jelly: 1 passion fruit seeds (add after cooking) After step one mix together
  • Yummie and healthy. Based on 12 servings for a liter roughly 26 calories per serving! The passion fruit one has less than 3 calories per serving. Add sweetener if you wish
