Toasted Perfection: Wild Salmon with Peaches and Truffles

Leider gibt es noch keine Übersetzung - Unfortunately there is no translation available at the moment. 
After sport this is one of my favorites or just for that lazy saturday where you enjoy breakfast in bad. Watch the crumbs :)
Ingredients
- 2 - 3 slices of toasted rustic bread (I took pumpkin)
 - Good quality truffle oil or fresh sliced truffle
 - per slice 1 - 2 Tbpsn of high fruit content peach or apricot jam (60% fruit+)
 - Per slice at least 30 - 50 grams of good quality wild salmon (not too salty)
 
1Toast the bread. Add the jam, add the truffle oil or truffle. Add the slices of salmon and add a little of shaven truffle on top.
Mega majestic. Great for that champagne breakfast.
