You cna purchase wines directly and ofcourse have a bite to eat. The food on offer is expensive and of "Salon" quality. Do not expect miracles. The best days to go are Thursday and Friday. The whole Paris visits on Saturday. Tickets are well priced around 8 Euros per person including a tasting glass. You can get free tickets from wineries if you ask in advance.
