This is one of those sauces I truly adore. Enjoy this straight forward Argentinian classic sauce.
TIP: Add a delicious steak to this. Purchase the steak in advance and leave outside the packaging in your fridge for 1 - 2 days this will make it more tender
Ingredients
- 20 gram parsley chopped not too fine
- 0.5 tspn dried chili flakes
- 1 charlotte finely chopped
- 1 tspn of oregano ideally fresh
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 2 -3 Tbspn olive oil
- 2 tspn of red wine vinegar
- Juice of 0.5 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1Blitz the parsley, oregano, garlic, shallot and chilli flakes in a blender or chop very finely by hand. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar and some salt and pepper to taste, and combine everything to a saucy consistency.
Service with Belgium frites and a delicous steak. However other meats can be just as delicous.
