The far east meets broccoli. Delicious spicy soup
Ingredients
- 1 KG Broccoli
- 2 Liter beefbroth
- 2 Tspn dry ginger or 50 grams of fresh grated ginger
- 2 tspn dry chili flakes
- 3 Tpsn peanut butter
- 1 Tspn brown sugar (add to taste)
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic
- 10 thai curry leaves
- 2 tspn St. Lucie Cherry powder(Steinweichsel in German)
- Salt to taste
1Cook the broccoli in the broth for 15 minutes
2add all herbs, peanut butter in a blender and blend until smooth. Then put through a sieve
3reheat and let the flavors blend
Enjoy with a feinherb Riesling kabinett or a classic glass of champagne. You can serve this with peanut foam.
