The Oaks is a 'farm not far from Florence, with vineyards and olive groves lying on the Florentine hills of Impruneta. 
His name is given to a huge oak trees, torn down by German soldiers during the retreat of the Second World War. This large tree shaded the chapel next to the villa of the fifteenth century, what it is now drawn on our product labels. 

In 1962 the company was bought by Gino Marchi father of current owner Massimo. For hundreds of years producing wine and olive oil from grapes and from olives harvested in our fields cultivated with great passion. In the seventies he began bottling wine and olive oil then at the end of the nineties began a renewal of vineyards which has yet to end. This working in collaboration with qualified technicians led to a further improvement in quality, which allowed the company to return to produce wine and extra virgin olive oil of high quality.

Maturation in wooden French barriques for 16 months. Refining in bottle for at least 3 months PRODUCT QUANTITY: 8.000 bottles of l. 0,750 TASTE: Deep ruby red with purple reflexes, it’s rich in aromas of mature fruit. On the palate, the is well-balanced, elegant with a good structure.
