2 1/2 tablespoon turmeric ground 1 tablespoon coriander seeds ground ▢1 tablespoon cumin seeds ▢2 tablespoon all spice ▢2 tablespoon ginger ground ▢2 tablespoon yellow mustard seeds dry ▢2 tablespoon fenugreek seeds ground ▢1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (you can use white pepper) ▢1 whole clove dried, (use about 1/4 teaspoon ground) ▢1 teaspoon nutmeg ground, (optional) ▢1/2 teaspoon scotch bonnet peppe ground, (you can use cayenne pepper)

Excellent mix to make Jamaican style curries.

Ingredients

  • 3 grams of bonnet peppe or the chili of your choice
  • 10 grams allspice
  • 15 grams tumeric
  • 5 grams cumin seeds
  • 10 grams yellow mustard seeds
  • 10 grams of ginger fresh or a little more ground
  • 10 grams fenugreek seeds
  • 3 grams black pepper
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 13 grams of powdered clove or a whole clove
  • 5 grams of nutmeg
  • 1Roast the wholes spices and grind mix togehter and use for your jamaican curry powder bases. Adjust as you like
