A gentle twist or not so gentle on a traditional pizza. Nice cross between a crispy flamkuchen and pizza. Yummie!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 60 grams drained cottage cheese
- 40 gram melted butter
- 80 grams almond flour
- 2 grams garlic powder
- 2 grams guam gum
- 0.75 gram salt
- 100 grams of grated mozzarella (take a dry mozzarella)

1mix the dry and wet ingredients together and Take 2 sheets of baking powder and roll the "dough" to the desired thickness. The thinner the better!.
2Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius
3bake for around 15 - 25 minutes until you have your desired color and crispyness
4Add the toppings of your choice and bake for anohter 10 minutes at 200 degrees until your cheese has melted
Enjoy the variation on the traditional pizza base. PROTIP: Use good quality toppings with meats add then directly after baking. Ensure ingredients. One of my favorites: Buffalo mozzarella, good quality salami, thin sliced cheery tomatoes, a touch of chili oil. Delicious. Or the all time Remy classic, Tuna, Capers, Garlic, Ansjofish, Red union and yes a few drops of chili infused oil.
