Located in the Color hotel on the ground floor around 50 meters from the pool you find a very basic looking dining room with light of the last flee market. You are greeted by smiles and friendly faces. And yes this is where good things start to happen. Do not let the surroundings cloud your judgement. Get rid of the table cloths see tables are beautiful underneath. Love the unique glasware!

I enjoyed the horizon menu which is an 8 course selection of the menu. Which was well cooked except the fish was just a little over and the pea's  for the puree a little under cooked. Everything was close to perfect! The energy of the team especially the sommeliere "Martha" was magic. Her wine pairing where top and creative. This was one of the best wine flights enjoyed anywhere in the world! It was so good I ate in the wonderful culinairy atelier 2 nights in a row. And thank you to the team for this exceptional experience. I will return! 

One of my favorites the passion fruit icecream with orange and the pasta dishes well cooked and balanced. And the bread simple but perfect execution.
