This was a little or actually huge surpise. Great location. The actual bar is like a huge living room and so comfertable. The bar staff/cocktail wizards are excellent. Great service no let me correct myself EXCELLENT service. The drinks are very good and I enjoyed a nice cocktail. I would wish they "upgrade" the glassware. The jar trend has passed a normal nice thin glass is much nicer to enjoy a wonderful cocktail. The cocktails are worth the visit. As Arnold would say I will be back.

Lausanne you are so wonderful. This brewery is a huge delight. Let's forget the beers for a moment. The pizza is very good and a wonderful "side dish"  with your beers. This is not your typical italian pizza. The base reminds of a thin crusted american pizza. The toppings are good and berewery is worth visiting just for the pizza. The beers on the other hand are magic. Well crafted and a true beer delight. A good selection by the bottle and on draft. And the whole thing is set in a really cool building on the relatively steep mountain side of lake Geneva.

This is a difficult one but at the same time very easy. In the historic old town of Bern in a street with plenty of terassses this bar stands out. It serves excellent quality beers from a wide range of producers on draft and has a sizable selection offered by bottle. The meat and cheese platters are very good but quite pricey. Therefore you get quality. The café has a seating outside. Great location and worth a visit if you enjoy a nice glass of beer. As you might have guessed the winelist is not worthy of attention. This little French brasserie is wonderful. Simple but good cooking. Basic french dishes served with a small but nice wine list. The desserts are home made and straight forward. If you want a nice easy going meal this is the restaurant for you around the corner from Weinafé Klösterli and the Tramdepot brewery. Directly on the Nydegg bridge and a stone throw from the UNESCO world heritage old town of Bern.
