Excellent  cocktails friendly staff. Steven of the cocktail creator is excellent. Quality can vary but overall a great location with an superb terrace in the Basel city center. Love it.

One of the nicer wine bars in Basel. I like the interior which is quirky and stylish. They have a moderate selection of wines. Nice touch....they open any bottle as long as you drink 3dl. And they do not charge extra. Even do the prices are a little expensive. The Domaine de la Motte 2013 Chablis premier Cru costs 68 CHF on the wine list and is purchased for around 20 - 24 CHF. Service was prompt, personal and friendly. Enjoy the plate of sausage and cheese even do the bread was a little stale. Nontheless Consum is worth a visit. Just bring your wallet with enough CHF. When Basel do as Traubenliebe does visit Consum!
