Sajour Green Beans - Indonesian

    Ingredients

  • 300 grams of green beans
  • 15 CL of Coconut milk
  • 10 CL Beef stock
  • 1 large union finely chopped
  • 2 sliced cloves of garlic
  • 1 tspn the sambal of your choice
  • 1 tspn of powdered ginger or 2 of fresh grated ginger
  • 2.5 Tspn of ketjap manis (Sweet soy sauce)
    • 1Fry the onions and the garlic in a pan for 5 minutes gently.

      2ad the ginger, stock and coconut milk and ketjap manis.

      3Cook gently for 3 minutes and add the beans (cut of the ends)

      4Cook the mixture gently for 20 minutes and serve

      Make in advance one day then it tastes even better.
