One of these dishes that show you how wonderful vegetarian cooking be. A colorful tasty dish from Indonesia
Ingredients
- 300 grams of green beans
- 15 CL of Coconut milk
- 10 CL Beef stock
- 1 large union finely chopped
- 2 sliced cloves of garlic
- 1 tspn the sambal of your choice
- 1 tspn of powdered ginger or 2 of fresh grated ginger
- 2.5 Tspn of ketjap manis (Sweet soy sauce)
Soup Ingredients
1Fry the onions and the garlic in a pan for 5 minutes gently.
2ad the ginger, stock and coconut milk and ketjap manis.
3Cook gently for 3 minutes and add the beans (cut of the ends)
4Cook the mixture gently for 20 minutes and serve
Make in advance one day then it tastes even better.
