Mauritian Green Chili Sauce

A wonderful chili sauce from the wonderful island nation of Mauritius;
Ingredients
- 8 small green chilis cut in slices with th seeds if you want this to have more kick « piment-oiseau (Bird Chilies) »
- 2 cloves of garlic finely diced
- 1 quarter of an onion finely diced
- A pinch of salt with a little lime juice( around half a lime) to taste or white vinegar around 1 Tbspn
- 1 Tbspn of Oil and approx 1 gram of salt
Preparation
1Puree everything untill you have a smooth liquid and serve. Adjust amount of oil, salt to taste. Serve in a small bowl.
