High Protein Ice-cream Low-Fat and Low Sugar

Around 100 grams of protein power and lots of flavor an almost guilt free delight. With some electrolite power!

Ingredients

  • 600 ml low fat milk or full fat if you wish. Use Skyr for more pr
  • 120 grams of protein powder
  • 4.5 grams glycerine
  • 50 grams of cocoa when you like more chocolate flavor
  • 1.5 grams of salt
  • 1 - 2 sliced vanilla beans and seeds or extract. When using better heat the milk to let the vanilla infuse.
  • 4 drops of almond flavor
  • Optional iced bath to cool it down

 

    Recipe 1

    1Mix the protein powder and milk, cocoa powder till nice and airy for 2 - 3 minutes

    2add the salt, glycerine and vanilla and flavors

    3Put in your ice cream machine and churn for 30 minutes

    Freeze around 3 hours before serving. Enjoy! Add cocoa nibs or pieces of chocolate :) I love roasted pistacio pieces.
