Daifuku Mochi - 大福 Simply Delicious
Today I was looking to recreate one of my favorite desserts. Going hunting for red bean paste and then make these babies according to this recipe: https://www.justonecookbook.com/daifuku/ The directions are clear and precise looking forward to the outcome. This version is without the wooden hammer :).
